an observation
i usually wake up at around 10, but if i went to bed in the AM hours, i will lay my head back down and sleep longer. this results in me waking up at 1pm.. wasting half of my day away. so, from now on, i’m going to be an old person and go to bed earlier, and get up the first time. thank you, that is all.
